What technology do you use?
We believe in a tech + people approach to recruitment. While we have no homegrown tech, we do have a robust suite of tech and tools finely integrated using Zapier to allow us to streamline processes and quickly identify the right talent across tens of millions of relevant profiles quickly.

How fast will I receive my first batch of talent?
On average, most requests are completed in just five days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
How do I put in a request for another search?
Proper offers a ton of flexibility in how you request positions to be worked. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via their ATS, Trello, Google docs or by setting up various slack channels. Basically, if it can be linked or tracked, it’s fair game.
What if I don't like the talent presented?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the talent pool (projects) until you’re 100% satisfied.
Is there any recruiting work or skill set level you don't cover?
