YOUR CHOICES
When using Proper, you have choices. You can always choose not to provide information. When you sign up to use Proper, we ask you for information that is both required, and not required, to use Proper If at any time you decide that you want to remove any of this information, go to your privacy settings or contact Us. If its required information, you may, unfortunately, no longer be able to use Proper, or some of its features. If it is non-required information, simply access Your Proper profile and remove that information, or contact us if its information outside of your profile and we will make efforts to accommodate reasonable requests; your preferences will be applied after the date you made the change. The changed or removed information may be kept in our records and/or databases – if this is an issue for us let us know and we’ll try to accommodate Your request.

THIRD-PARTIES AND ADVERTISERS

We may provide your non-personal and personal data to these third-parties for the purposes of allowing such third-parties to conduct their business practices. We reserve the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement. INVITE YOUR CONTACTS!
We may offer you the opportunity allowing you to notify Your CONTACTS by importing your address book contacts, connecting through a social media site (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.), or by manually entering an e-mail address. This option will allow you to invite your contacts to enjoy PROPER with You! Just know that We may store Your “Contacts” name and contact details that You provide to Us; this information will be used to contact Your “contacts”. Please be careful who You refer Us to because We don’t want to upset anyone.
BREACHES HAPPEN
We take measures to protect Your information from unauthorized access or against any loss or misuse by third-parties. Despite these efforts, security breaches are a possibility that we cannot guarantee against. We cannot guarantee that Your non-personal and personal information will not be unlawfully obtained by “hackers”. We cannot represent or warrant that Your information will be protected against loss, misuse, or alteration of any sort. By using PROPER, You acknowledge and agree to such risks, and will not hold Us liable for any damages. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at our sole and absolute discretion from time to time. You are responsible to check for frequent updates to this Privacy Policy which will be made available on this page. If You allow e-mail notifications and/or newsletters, You maybe notified of changes, but ultimately, We ask that You check for changes to this Privacy Policy regularly. LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
PROPER AND ITS FEATURES AND SERVICES ARE provided on an “as is” basis for your use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, without performance assurances or guarantees, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. [PROPER] does not warrant that you will be able to access or use PROPER at the times or locations of your choosing, that PROPER will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that PROPER is free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event will [PROPER] be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from possession, access, use, or malfunction of Proper , including but not limited to damages to property, loss of goodwill, computer or electronic equipment failure or malfunction, and damages for personal injuries, property damage, lost profits or punitive damages from any causes of action arising out of or related to this AGREEMENT or the Software, whether arising in Tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise.
[PROPER] IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARENT-COMPANIES, ADVISORS, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, [PROPER] RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY [PROPER] RELEASED PARTIES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. As a result, some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply. These limitations of liability and disclaimers will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event will [PROPER]’S liability for all damages, except as required by applicable law, exceed the actual price paid by You to [PROPER] for the use of Proper , or One Hundred United States Dollars ($100.00 USD), whichever is less.
